Christie's introduction to the health and fitness community began with ballet classes at a very young age. Her dedication to the form and discipline of dance shifted to a passion for instructing Kickboxing, Body Sculpt and Boot Camp classes at American University in Washington, DC, where she also earned her Honors B.A. in Psychology. Christie was a sales representative and assistant manager for Fitness First Health Clubs, a DC-area health club chain, before beginning a graduate-level certificate course in education at George Washington University. As Marketing Director she is excited to be back in the business world promoting and building the BLAST buzz.
Kristin fell in love with BLAST900 as a client after it helped her cut 30 minutes from her Marathon time in 2008. Although an athlete her whole life, she discovered her passion for running relatively recently. Kristin ran her first half marathon when she was 34, and her first marathon the following year. Having completed 5 full marathons, numerous half marathons and several sprint triathlons, she is continuously challenging her athletic performance. Her full time job, is caring for her 2 young children, and being active in their busy lives. She believes and proves that you are never too old to be fit, healthy and strong.
